Terms of Service

Welcome to ManaLabs. By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ManaLabs. By using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. User Content
- You retain all rights to content you create within our Apps (notes, recordings, images, etc.).
- Your content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account.
- ManaLabs does not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.
- For apps that use AI processing (Echoloc, Tidelog), your input content is sent to AI services for processing only and is not stored on our servers.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some Apps offer optional paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases:
- Payment: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. ManaLabs does not collect or store any payment information.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Current One-Time Purchases
- Ashveil Pro — one-time purchase. Includes monthly relationship reports, long-term pattern views, deeper local insights, analytics views, and future Pro updates for Ashveil. No subscription or recurring charge.
Current Subscription Plans
- Echoloc Pro — $2.99/month. Includes unlimited queries, 3 photo inputs, unlimited follow-up questions, watermark-free sharing, and unlimited history with iCloud sync.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps.
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or their related systems.
- Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Apps' services.
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Apps (including design, code, graphics, and trademarks) belong to ManaLabs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ManaLabs does not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. For apps with AI-powered features (such as Echoloc), results are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
