Do I need to create an account?
No. All ManaLabs apps work without any account or login. Simply download and start
using them immediately.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or
have access to any of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does iCloud sync work?
iCloud sync is optional and can be enabled in the app settings. When enabled, your
data syncs across your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. Apple manages the encryption
— ManaLabs never has access to your synced data.
Do the apps work offline?
Yes! All ManaLabs apps are designed to work fully offline. No internet connection is
required for core functionality.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
If you have iCloud sync enabled, your data will automatically sync to your new
device when you sign in with the same Apple ID. If iCloud sync was not enabled, data stays on the
original device only.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at contact.manalabs@gmail.com with a description of the issue,
your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful!
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! Send your feature requests to contact.manalabs@gmail.com or post them on our Community Board. We read every suggestion.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days
of purchase.
