Our Core Principle
All ManaLabs apps are designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your content stays on your device.
App-Specific Privacy Details
🌲 MindWoods No Data Collected
- Data Storage: All mind maps, nodes, and notes are stored locally on your device only.
- iCloud Sync: Optional. If enabled, data syncs via your personal iCloud account (Apple manages encryption). ManaLabs has no access to this data.
- Account: No account or login required. The app works fully offline.
- Analytics: No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.
- Third-Party Services: None. The app contains no third-party SDKs.
🌙 Dream Poet No Data Collected
- Data Storage: All dream recordings, interpretations, and journal entries are stored locally on your device.
- iCloud Sync: Optional. Syncs via your personal iCloud account.
- AI Processing: Voice recordings are processed using on-device Apple Speech framework. AI dream interpretations use Apple's on-device models when available.
- Account: No account required.
- Analytics: No analytics or tracking.
✚ SURVIVALOS No Data Collected
- Data Storage: All survival data, guides, and settings are stored locally.
- Offline-First: The app is designed to work completely offline — no internet connection required.
- Location: Compass and coordinate features use on-device GPS only. Location data is never transmitted.
- Account: No account required.
- Analytics: No analytics or tracking.
🖤 Ashveil No Data Collected
- Data Storage: Intimacy records, notes, preferences, and relationship metadata are stored locally on your device.
- Offline-First: Core recording, calendar, and insights features work locally. The app may connect to Apple StoreKit for optional in-app purchase handling and to this website when you open legal or support links.
- Security: Ashveil supports passcode and biometric lock, encrypted export, and local data deletion from Settings.
- In-App Purchase: Purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. ManaLabs does not collect payment information.
- Account: No account required.
- Analytics: No analytics or tracking.
⏰ WakeFort No Data Collected
- Data Storage: All alarms, sleep data, fort progress, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Audio: All 46 sleep sounds play locally. No streaming or external loading.
- HealthKit: Sleep data is only shared with Apple Health if you explicitly enable it. We never access or upload this data.
- Offline-First: The app works completely offline — no internet connection required.
- In-App Purchase: Handled entirely by Apple StoreKit. We do not collect payment information.
- Account: No account required.
- Analytics: No analytics or tracking.
🌊 Tidelog Proxy Data Sent
- Data Storage: All voice recordings, tasks, expenses, habits, emotions, and contacts are stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
- Voice Processing: Voice transcription is performed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Your audio never leaves your phone.
- AI Analysis: Transcribed text is sent through a ManaLabs-operated secure proxy to AI services for task/expense/emotion extraction. No personal identifiers are included in the request beyond the transcript content. The proxy does not log or store any user data.
- Secure Proxy: All AI requests are routed through our secure HTTPS proxy (
tidelog-proxy.manalabsapp.workers.dev). No API keys are stored on your device — the proxy manages service authentication on your behalf. - iCloud Sync: Optional (Pro feature). If enabled, data syncs via your personal iCloud account.
- Account: No account or login required.
- Analytics: No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.
- Data Deletion: You can delete all your data (local and iCloud) at any time from the app's Settings.
📍 Echoloc Proxy Data Sent
- Data Storage: Search history and results are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Pro users can optionally enable iCloud sync.
- Device Identifier: A vendor device ID (
identifierForVendor) is used solely for usage tracking (free tier daily limits) and subscription management. It is not linked to your real identity. - Text Input: Scene descriptions you type are sent to our secure API proxy for AI-powered location analysis. No personal identifiers are included.
- Photo Input: Photos you select are compressed and sent to our API proxy for location recognition. Photos are processed in-memory and are not stored on our servers.
- Voice Input: Voice recordings are transcribed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio never leaves your device — only the resulting text is sent for analysis.
- Secure Proxy: All AI requests are routed through our secure HTTPS backend. No API keys are stored on your device.
- In-App Purchase: Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple StoreKit 2 with device-side verification. We do not collect payment information.
- iCloud Sync: Optional (Pro feature). If enabled, search history syncs via your personal iCloud account.
- Account: No account or login required.
- Analytics: No analytics, tracking, or telemetry. Error logs are stored locally on your device only.
Information We Do Not Collect
To be explicit, we do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Usage data or analytics
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data (except for on-device use in SURVIVALOS)
- Cookies or tracking technologies
- Health or fitness data
Children's Privacy
Our apps do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Our apps are safe for use by people of all ages.
Data Security
Since we don't collect or transmit your data, your information is protected by the security measures built into your Apple device, including device encryption and (if enabled) iCloud end-to-end encryption.
